This page explains what information Creatively Yours collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Creatively Yours is a custom event decor studio at 3169 Players Club Parkway, Memphis, TN 38125.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, event date, the pieces you choose, and your wording and notes.
- Your files: photos, logos, guest lists and anything else you upload.
- Messages: what you send through our contact form or by email.
- Our signup form: your email, your event date if you add it, and your mobile number if you choose to add it.
- Your visit: the pages you view and the site or ad that brought you here, through the tools described below, and, when you check out, your IP address and browser type.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. You enter your card details with them, not with us, so we never see or store your full card number. They send us what we need to fill your order, such as your name, email, phone and address.
How we use it
We use your information to design, make and deliver your order, send your proofs and updates, answer your questions, collect sales tax, keep our records, and measure and improve our website and ads. Your photos and files are used for your order and, as our Terms explain, in photos and videos of the finished piece that we share to show our work.
Cookies, analytics and ads
- Google Analytics shows us how people use the site.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the Pinterest tag tell us which ads bring visitors and orders.
- Meta Conversions API: when you place an order, our server also tells Meta about the purchase so we can measure our ads. Your email, phone, name and address are scrambled (hashed) first; your IP address, browser type and what you bought are sent as they are. If you press Do not sell or share, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we do not send it.
- Our own visit counter records the page, the site you came from, and a scrambled visitor code made from your connection and browser that changes every day. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address, and we keep it for about 120 days.
Your cart and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser so they are there when you come back.
Your choices
These tools are on unless you turn them off. Press Do not sell or share on the banner and we turn off the Meta Pixel and the Pinterest tag, and switch Google to basic, cookieless signals with no ad features. We treat Global Privacy Control as Do not sell or share. We do not respond to other Do Not Track signals. Google, Meta and Pinterest may collect information about your activity across sites over time. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies and saved data in your browser, and the banner will show again.
Emails and texts
- Order emails: your confirmation, proofs, approval, shipping or pickup updates, and a check that your order arrived safely. These are part of your order.
- Signup: if you sign up, we email your discount code and a short series of planning emails.
- Cart reminder: if you start checkout and do not finish, we may send one reminder email.
- After your order: we may ask for a review, and later send an occasional offer for your next event.
- Texts: we are not sending texts yet. If you add your mobile number to our signup form, we keep it now and, once our reminder texts start, you agree to get automated reminder texts from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop. We never share your mobile number or text consent with anyone.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. You can also reply with the word unsubscribe. You will still get emails about an order you have placed.
Orders placed on Etsy
If you buy through our Etsy shop, Etsy shares your order details with us so we can make and ship that order. Etsy's own privacy policy also applies, and we do not add Etsy buyers to our emails.
Who we share it with
We share only what each one needs to do its job for us:
- Stripe and PayPal, to take payment.
- Create10Me Designs, our production partner, which makes and ships our orders. It receives your order details, contact details, address and files.
- Shipping carriers (UPS and FedEx) and our label service, Shippo, to deliver your order.
- Resend, which delivers our emails.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website and stores your order records and uploaded files.
- Google, Meta and Pinterest, through the tools above.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information. Some state laws call the ad tools above "sharing". The Do not sell or share button turns them off.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for your order, taxes and our business records. Your uploaded photos and files are deleted 14 days after your order ships, is ready for pickup, or is finished. Files sent with a question, or left in a cart you did not finish, are deleted 14 days after you send them, with two exceptions. If they become part of an order, they are kept until 14 days after that order ships, is ready for pickup, or is finished. And while you have an open quote or an unpaid invoice with us (under the same email address), we keep them: once it is paid they follow your order as above, and if it is withdrawn, expires or is voided, we delete them 14 days after that. We keep the proof we designed for you, so we can reprint your piece if you ever need it.
Children
Our website is for adults planning events. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. When a piece shows a child, the person placing the order confirms the parent or guardian is OK with us sharing photos of it, as our Terms explain.
Your requests
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask us to take down a post about your order, email info@creativelyyourscxm.com or call 901-235-0718. We reply within 2 business days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
