How custom orders work

Ordering something fully custom can feel uncertain. Here is exactly how it works, from the moment you order to the day your piece arrives, so there are no surprises.

The three steps

1. Design with you. Tell us your details and send your photos. We design your piece in your colors. You pay nothing for the design itself.
2. Approve your proof. You review a free digital proof and request changes. Nothing prints until you love it.
3. We print & ship. Your piece is made to order and shipped free and tracked to your door.

What to send us

Any clear photo from your phone or camera works. Send us your photos, your names and event date, your color palette, and a rough idea of the layout you want. You can add these when you order, or send them after via Etsy message or email, your order is never held up.

Image quality and DPI

For the sharpest result, send your photos at 300 DPI at full size when you can. We handle bleed, cropping, sizing, color, and file formats, and we review every image and flag anything that will not print crisply before we proceed.

Timeline

Standard production is 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, plus tracked shipping transit time. Larger pieces and bundles take 7 to 12 business days. On a deadline? Tell us your event date at checkout and we confirm we can make it before you pay.

Revisions

Every order includes a free digital proof and two complimentary revision rounds. We will not print until you are happy with the design.
