📦 If it arrives damaged, we replace it free

First, the fold down the middle is not damage. Your piece is built to fold so it can travel to you flat and safe. Open it out fully at your venue and the fold line disappears. A fold is how the piece is made, not something that happened to it on the way, so it is not what this covers.

Real damage is a puncture, a tear, a crushed corner, or anything else the packaging or the courier did in transit. If that is what you are looking at, we print a replacement and ship it to you free.

Send us photographs first: one of the damage and one of the box it arrived in. We need to see both before a replacement is printed, so please keep the box. Tell us within 3 days of delivery. Full detail here.

Approving your proof is a separate thing. When you approve, you are confirming the design and the quality, and that decision is yours. Approval locks production, and changes after approval mean a reprint at cost. The same is true if the finished piece matches the proof you approved and you simply do not like it. That is what the free proof and the 2 free revisions are for.

Materials & sizing

Printed on durable, premium Coroplast with a matte finish that travels well and looks stunning under venue lighting. All boards are 48 inches wide with heights from 60 to 96 inches. For very large guest lists of 250 or more, we recommend the 84 or 96 inch sizes for legibility. Invisible Fold Technology means it ships safely and opens flat at your venue. The board is built to fold down the middle, so a line along that fold is part of how it is made.

How does the custom design process work?
Tell us your names, date, colors, and vision right on the product page. We send your first digital proof in 3 to 5 business days, then refine it with 2 free revisions. Nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Do I get to see a proof before you print?
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof for your review and approval, and nothing goes to print until you approve it. You also get 2 free revision rounds to get it exactly right.
What if I need more than 2 revisions?
Every order includes 2 free revision rounds, and each round after that is $10. You can include as many changes as you like in a single round, so it helps to gather all your edits before sending them over.
Can I cancel after I have seen my proof?
Yes, as long as you have not approved it yet. We refund your order minus a design fee for the work already done, and we send you the finished design file. Once you approve your proof, printing begins and the order cannot be canceled. Full details are on our Returns and Revisions page.
Will it arrive in time for my event?
Most pieces are made in 5 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, plus tracked shipping. Tell us your event date and we will flag anything tight. Need it sooner? Rush production is available on most items.
What happens if my piece arrives damaged?
We replace it free. Real damage means a puncture, a tear, a crushed corner, or anything else the packaging or the courier did in transit. Email us a photograph of the damage and a photograph of the box within 3 days of delivery and we print a replacement and ship it to you at no cost. Please keep the box until we have both photographs. The fold down the middle of a large board is not damage; it is how the board is built.
Can I upload my own photos or logo?
Yes. Photo boards and several signs let you upload your images on the product page. For seating charts, you can attach your full guest list and table assignments.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is custom designed and printed for you, custom orders cannot be returned once the proof is approved. Your 2 free revisions and proof approval make sure it is exactly right before we print.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order over $99, tracked, anywhere in the United States. Under $99 it is a flat $8.95. Your cart shows you how close you are to free shipping as you go, and rush upgrades do not count toward the $99 because they pay for faster production, not postage.
What are the boards made of? Are they sturdy?
Heavy-duty Coroplast (corrugated plastic) with a premium matte print. Rigid, lightweight, and great indoors or out. Large boards ship flat with our Invisible Fold and open cleanly at your venue.
Do I need a stand or easel?
Most boards and signs display beautifully on our Jumbo Easel Back Stand ($29.99), suggested right on the page. The Accordion Photo Wall is self-standing and needs no easel.
What files do you need, and what DPI should my photos be?
Send the highest-quality JPG, PNG, or PDF you have. For the sharpest print we recommend 300 DPI images at full size; vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal for logos and cutouts. We handle bleed, color profiles, and all the layout and print prep, and we review every image and flag anything that will not print crisply before you approve your proof.
