Real damage is a puncture, a tear, a crushed corner, or anything else the packaging or the courier did in transit. If that is what you are looking at, we cut a replacement and ship it to you free.
Send us photographs first: one of the damage and one of the box it arrived in. We need to see both before a replacement is cut, so please keep the box. Tell us within 3 days of delivery. Full detail here.
Approving your proof is a separate thing. When you approve, you are confirming the design and the quality, and that decision is yours. Approval locks production, and changes after approval mean a reprint at cost. The same is true if the finished piece matches the proof you approved and you simply do not like it. That is what the free proof and the 2 free revisions are for.
Raised, not printed. The number is cut from a second layer of acrylic and layered on the arch, so it throws a real shadow instead of sitting flat like a vinyl sign. Gold mirror catches candlelight the way a printed sign never will.

Your font, not just ours
The looks in the photos are our house styles. They are a starting point, not your only choices. Send us a screenshot of your invitation, a font name, a Pinterest save, or a sketch on a napkin, and we will match it across your numbers. There is no extra charge for your own font or layout. You will see it on your proof before anything is cut.
Picking your two colors
You choose the background arch and the raised number separately, so you can match your palette exactly. Gold mirror with a white number and white with a gold number are the two most ordered. Pick colors that contrast, since a white number on a white arch will not read across a table. Not sure? Leave them blank and we will pair them for you, and you will see it on your proof before anything is cut.
Ordering just one
One sign is $17.99, and it is the same piece as any sign in a full set. Plenty of orders are a single sign: a head table, a sweetheart table, gifts, cards, bar, or one number for a smaller party. Tell us what it should read in the box above and that is what we cut.
Choosing your set
One sign on its own is $17.99. Order a set and the price per sign drops straight to $13.00 each, and keeps falling from there: $12.70 at ten tables, $12.35 at twenty, $12.00 at thirty. Every sign comes with its own stand either way.
Not a standard 1 to 30 set? Say so in the box above. We do tables 11 through 20, table names instead of numbers, head table and sweetheart signs, and non sequential sets at the same per sign price.
Materials & care
Every sign is 5 inches by 7 inches. We cut the arch and the number on our own laser in Memphis, then layer them by hand. Nothing is drop shipped. Designed for indoor use. Your acrylic arrives with protective film on both sides, so peel it right before the event and it reaches the table without a fingerprint on it. Wipe with a soft dry cloth only. Ammonia and alcohol cleaners will haze acrylic.

Proofs
Standard sequential sets go straight into production. Anything personalized, meaning table names, a different starting number, or a non sequential set, gets a digital proof to approve first. There is no design fee on these.
