Timeline. Your first proof arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Most pieces are then made in 5 to 10 business days after you approve it, plus tracked shipping, free on orders of $99 or more. Acrylic table numbers take 7 to 14 business days after approval. Rush Production and 1-Day Turnaround are available in the cart.
Memphis pickup. Every piece is designed and made to order in Memphis. Local? Choose “Pick up in Memphis” in your cart and collect it from us at 3169 Players Club Parkway, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, with no shipping charge. Everywhere else gets tracked shipping across the US.

What to order for a gala or company event

Put the brand where the cameras point: the dance floor, the entrance and the stage. Each price below is for the size named. The product page shows every other size, and bar wraps and banners are quoted on request.

Custom Dance Floor Wrap, 12 ft W × 12 ft H: $576. Your logo and the event name in front of the stage, in the background of every photo taken there.
Custom Wedding Floor Decal, 6 ft on its longest side: $109.99. A logo in vinyl at the entrance or the check-in desk, for a smooth, hard floor.
Custom 3D Event Cubes, 32 in cube: $129.99. Your logo on five sides of a 32 inch cube, for a stage, a lobby or a step and repeat.
Acrylic Table Numbers with Stands (3D Raised Arch), Tables 1-10: $126.99. Raised acrylic numbers for a seated dinner, each with its own stand. Allow 7 to 14 business days after approval.

How ordering works

Choose the piece and size. Pick it on its product page and tell us the names, date, colors and theme. Add photos there, or add them on your order page after you order.
Get your proof. We design it and send your first digital proof in 3 to 5 business days, or within 48 hours with Rush Production.
Make it right. Ask for changes. 2 rounds of revisions are free, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.
We make it in Memphis. Printed pieces take 5 to 10 business days after you approve. Then we ship it tracked, free on orders of $99 or more, or you collect it from our studio.

We hold finished pickup orders for 5 business days from the day we email you that it is ready. If you need longer, tell us before then.

Planning event graphics for your organization

Pieces that carry a brand

A logo floor in front of the stage, a photo backdrop for arrivals, 3D cubes with the logo on five sides, a cutout of a mascot or logo, and wraps for a bar or check-in desk. Holiday parties, anniversaries, award nights and brand lounges use the same pieces with a different message.

What to send

Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), your brand colors and fonts, and the event name and date. We match your brand guide and send a proof your team can sign off on before anything prints.

Sizes for the room

Floor wraps run from a 4 ft round up to 18 by 18 ft, and most dance floors we wrap are 12 by 12 ft or larger. For arrivals, photo boards are 48 inches wide and 4 to 8 ft tall, and an 8 ft board reads across a ballroom of 200 or more. Accordion panels are 4 ft wide and stand side by side for a longer wall.

Timeline and paperwork

Your first proof arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Printed pieces take 5 to 10 business days after sign-off, plus shipping, and acrylic table numbers take 7 to 14. We ship tracked to your office or the venue, and we can invoice your company: tell us how you pay.

Can you work from our brand guidelines?

Yes. Send your logo files and brand guide and we match them exactly. You approve a proof before anything prints.

Do you invoice companies?

Yes. Tell us how your company pays and we will set it up. For large or repeat events, ask about trade pricing.

Can you make something that is not in the shop?

Yes. Bar wraps, banners, aisle runners and window graphics are custom orders. Send the size and we quote it.

Can you ship to the venue instead of our office?

Yes. We ship tracked to any US address, including the venue. Add a contact name and check the venue's receiving hours.
