What to order for a graduation party
Build the party around the graduate: one piece with their photo, plus the school colors and the class year. Each price below is for the size named, and the product page shows every other size.
- Custom Life-Size Cutout, 6 ft tall: $80. The graduate in cap and gown. Pick the height closest to theirs for a true life-size piece, or go taller to fit the class year behind them.
- Custom Event Photo Board, 4 ft tall: $136. Senior pictures and the class year for an open house, the gift table or the front door. It stands on the 3 ft stand, which comes as a pack of 2 for $59.98, enough for 2 boards.
- Custom Dance Floor Wrap, 10 ft W × 10 ft H: $480. School colors, the year and the graduate's photos across a hall with a smooth, hard floor, like Mya's floor above.
- Custom 3D Event Cubes, 22 in cube: $84.99. The class year, one digit a cube, priced a cube at a time.
How ordering works
- Choose the piece and size. Pick it on its product page and tell us the names, date, colors and theme. Add photos there, or add them on your order page after you order.
- Get your proof. We design it and send your first digital proof in 3 to 5 business days, or within 48 hours with Rush Production.
- Make it right. Ask for changes. 2 rounds of revisions are free, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.
- We make it in Memphis. Printed pieces take 5 to 10 business days after you approve. Then we ship it tracked, free on orders of $99 or more, or you collect it from our studio.
We hold finished pickup orders for 5 business days from the day we email you that it is ready. If you need longer, tell us before then.
Planning graduation party decor
The cutout is the centerpiece
A life-size cutout of the graduate in cap and gown is the piece guests line up beside. Send the clearest full-length photo you have, ideally the original file rather than a screenshot. Cutouts come from 3 to 8 ft tall: pick the height closest to the graduate's own for a true life-size piece, or go taller to fit the class year behind them, like the Christian cutout above.
Add the colors, the year and the story
Floors and photo boards carry the school colors, the class year and the graduate's name. A floor with graduation photos, like the one for Mya, turns a party room into a photo spot. Book cutouts titled with the graduate's major, like Jamaya's display, tell guests what they studied. A photo board of senior pictures works well at an open house.
Party at home or in a hall
At home, cutouts, photo boards and cubes stand on their own or on an easel back stand, with nothing stuck to the floor. In a rented hall with a smooth, hard floor, add a dance floor wrap. Photo boards are 48 inches wide and 4 to 8 ft tall.
Plan around commencement
Graduation parties cluster around commencement weekends, so order as soon as you have the photo. Your first proof arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Most pieces take 5 to 10 business days after you approve it, plus shipping, and cutouts are usually quicker. About four weeks before the party is comfortable.

Yes. Send the clearest full-length photo you have. We cut around the graduate and send a proof so you can see it before we print.
