What to order for a milestone birthday
Start with one statement piece with the name and the number, then add one or two pieces that stand up. Each price below is for the size named, and the product page shows every other size.
- Custom Dance Floor Wrap, 12 ft W × 12 ft H: $576. The name and the number across the dance floor, in the background of every photo taken on it. It needs a smooth, hard floor such as wood or tile.
- Custom Milestone Birthday Photo Board, 6 ft tall: $213. A through-the-years collage of 15 to 30 photos of the guest of honor, for the entrance or the gift table. It stands on the 4 ft stand, $39.99.
- Custom Life-Size Cutout, 6 ft tall: $80. The guest of honor, or the big number, standing in the room. Cutouts run from 3 to 8 ft tall.
- Custom 3D Event Cubes, 22 in cube: $84.99. One cube for each letter of the name or each digit of the age, priced a cube at a time.
How ordering works
- Choose the piece and size. Pick it on its product page and tell us the names, date, colors and theme. Add photos there, or add them on your order page after you order.
- Get your proof. We design it and send your first digital proof in 3 to 5 business days, or within 48 hours with Rush Production.
- Make it right. Ask for changes. 2 rounds of revisions are free, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.
- We make it in Memphis. Printed pieces take 5 to 10 business days after you approve. Then we ship it tracked, free on orders of $99 or more, or you collect it from our studio.
We hold finished pickup orders for 5 business days from the day we email you that it is ready. If you need longer, tell us before then.
Planning milestone birthday decor
Start with one big piece
A milestone party looks best built around one statement piece: the name and the number, big enough to be in every photo. A dance floor wrap turns the middle of the room into that photo, and it needs a smooth, hard floor such as wood or tile. If the party is on carpet or at home, a photo board or an accordion photo wall does the same job standing up.
Sizes that work
Photo boards are 48 inches wide and 4 to 8 ft tall. A 5 ft board suits a party of 50 to 100 guests, a 6 ft board holds a through-the-years collage of 15 to 30 photos, and 7 ft is our most ordered size for a big room. Boards stand on an easel back stand, and the page offers the one sized to your board. Most dance floors we wrap are 12 by 12 ft or larger, and we also make rounds from 4 ft across.
Pieces that pair well
A welcome sign at the door, a cutout of the guest of honor or the number, and 3D cubes that spell the name or the age tie the room together. Send the invitation and we carry its colors and fonts across every piece. Anniversaries work the same way: the couple's names, the year and a favorite photo.
When to order
Your first proof arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Once you approve it, most pieces take 5 to 10 business days, plus shipping, so ordering about four weeks before the party leaves room for revisions. If the date is close, Rush Production and 1-Day Turnaround are in the cart.

What size photo board do I need for a 50th?
For most parties a 5 or 6 ft board is right: 5 ft for 50 to 100 guests, 6 ft for 100 to 150 guests or a collage of 15 to 30 photos. For a ballroom, go to 7 or 8 ft. Every board is 48 inches wide.
