Shipping & Turnaround

Every piece is made to order. Printed pieces (photo boards, seating charts, signs, dance floor wraps) are 5 to 10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof, plus tracked shipping transit time. Laser-cut acrylic (table numbers) is 7 to 14 business days, because every arch and every number is cut on our own laser and then layered by hand.

Need it faster?

Two faster options are available at checkout:

  • Rush Production. $50 on printed pieces, $100 on laser-cut acrylic. Your digital proof within 48 hours and priority production, delivered with standard shipping. Acrylic drops from 7 to 14 business days down to 4 to 7. Acrylic costs more to expedite because moving it up the queue costs us more than reordering a print run.
  • 1-Day Turnaround, $150. Our fastest. Your digital proof within 24 hours, same or next business day production, and expedited shipping. Best for events inside two weeks. Not available on acrylic, which cannot be cut and layered in a day.

Rush and 1-Day orders must be placed and the digital proof approved by 1pm Central for that day to count. For example, for a 1-Day order to go into production on Monday, place it and approve your proof by Monday at 1pm Central. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.

Shipping

Orders ship with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over $99. Under $99 it is a flat $8.95, which covers the packing and the tracked label on a small parcel. We ship with UPS, and occasionally FedEx. Oversized boards ship flat using our Invisible Fold packaging and unfold cleanly at your venue. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. We ship anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Local pickup in Memphis

You are welcome to collect your order from us at 3169 Players Club Parkway, Memphis, TN 38125, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Choose "Pick up in Memphis" in your cart, there is no shipping charge, and we email you when it is ready.

If your piece arrives damaged

First, the fold down the middle is not damage. Large boards are built to fold so they travel to you flat and safe, and opened out fully at your venue the fold line disappears. The fold is how the piece is made, not something that happened to it in transit, so it is not a reason for a replacement.

Real damage is a puncture, a tear, a crushed corner, or anything else the packaging or the courier did on the way to you. If that is what you have, we print a replacement and ship it to you free. You do not pay for the reprint and you do not pay the shipping on it.

Send us photographs first. One photograph of the damage and one of the box it arrived in, emailed to info@creativelyyourscxm.com within 3 days of delivery. Please keep the box until we have both. The photographs come before the replacement, every time; we do not reprint on a description alone, and a claim made after the box has gone is one we cannot put to the courier.

Approving your proof is a separate thing, and this does not cover it. Approval locks production, and changes after approval mean a reprint at cost. If the finished piece matches the proof you approved and you simply do not like it, a reprint is at your cost. That is what the free proof and the 2 free revision rounds are for.
