Shipping & Turnaround

Every piece is made to order. Standard production is 5 to 10 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof, plus tracked shipping transit time. Larger pieces and bundles take 7 to 12 business days.

Need it faster?

Two rush options are available at checkout:

• Rush Production, $50. Your digital proof within 48 hours and priority production, delivered with standard shipping.
• Rush Production + Rush Shipping, $100. Priority production plus expedited shipping.

Rush orders must be placed and the digital proof approved by 1pm Central for that day to count. For example, to receive your order by Wednesday with rush shipping, place your order and approve your proof by Monday at 1pm Central. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.

Shipping

Orders ship with tracking, free nationwide. We ship with UPS, and occasionally FedEx. Oversized boards ship flat using our Invisible Fold packaging and unfold cleanly at your venue. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. We ship anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Local pickup in Memphis

You are welcome to collect your order from us at 3169 Players Club Parkway, Memphis, TN 38125, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. Let us know when you order and we will have it ready.
