What do you actually need?
Nobody plans a reception by product category. So here is your reception in the order your guests walk through it, and what each moment usually needs. Take what applies, ignore the rest.
Everything below is designed free, proofed before it prints, and includes 2 revisions.
Not sure? Tell us about your dayThey arrive
The first thing a guest sees. A welcome piece sets the tone before anyone finds their seat, and it is the first photo most guests take.
They find their seat
The one piece that has a job to do. A seating chart has to be readable from a few feet back by someone holding a drink, which is why size matters more here than anywhere else.
They sit down
Table numbers tie the chart to the room. Guests look for them from standing height, so they need to be visible above centrepieces.
They gather around your photos
The piece everyone stands in front of. This is usually the largest thing you order and the one that ends up in the most photos.

They dance
The floor is the biggest uninterrupted surface at your reception and the one almost nobody thinks about until they see a photo from the balcony.
